Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made within 24 hours of your booked consultation time will incur a Late Cancellation Fee of $50. This is out of respect to our valued clients who may have been waiting for an availability but cannot attend on such short notice.

Late Cancellation Fee will also apply to “no shows“, which is anyone who fails to attend their consultation without contact.

If you can no longer attend your consultation, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can offer your appointment time to someone else.

We reserve the right to cancel (or reschedule) a consultation at any time, in which case no Cancellation Fee will apply and a refund will be processed if you have already made payment.
